Willow Lane Consulting clinicians are Registered Social Workers and meet the credential requirements for CRPO supervisors. It is a privilege to partner with other clinicians taking space to reflect on and examine the challenges inherent to the work that we do. Our approach to clinical supervision is relational and we want supervision to be an opportunity for new and experienced clinicians to be their authentic self. We value the importance of the supervisory relationship and believe that clarity and growth are nurtured in a place of encouragement and trust. Supervision is an opportunity to enhance both professional practice and overall wellbeing. We remember the generous mentors who contributed to our professional development over the years and we consider it a privilege to be present for other clinicians now.
